Return Process

1. Please inform us of the problem first via e-mail
   ( sales@stationhouse.com  or sales@stationhousevideos.com) or by voice mail (203-596-9966) or by FAX (203-596-9966)
2. Please use USPS Priority mail or regular First Class Mail (for DVDs), addressing the return to:

Regular Merchandise

We will accept returns for the exchange of most products that prove to be defective upon receipt. Please notify us that there is a problem and send it back in a suitable economical manner. We will reimburse you for your expense.

If you wish to return an item because you do not like it or it is not suitable for the usage you had in mind, we reserve the right to will charge a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return postage as well. 

If the item turns out to be the wrong size, please contact us, we will work out a favorable exchange. All original packaging and warranty cards must be returned along with the item. Please e-mail or call us prior to returning anything.
 

Adult Items / Underwear, etc.

We cannot accept returns of personal garments (underwear, erotic ware) or anal toys due to safety concerns. Some cock and ball items are returnable if their construction material allows for disinfecting.

Defective DVDs

Due to the nature of duplication of DVDs (the DVDs are computer produced DVD-R) there may be occasional drop-outs or freezing of frames.  This may be severe enough to prevent the disk from playing.
In such cases, if you return the defective DVD to us we will replace the video at our expense (hang on to the DVD slip case). 

We will not issue refunds on DVDs or video tapes, we will only replace them.  We will not replace a DVD if you do not return it to us (overseas customers, please contact us first regarding such returns).
