Knifes, swords, and similar items cannot be sold to minors (you must be at least 18 years of age), convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic abuse or those chemically dependent.
Please check with your local law enforcement authorities as to limitations on possession of any knife product sold on this website or by email.

StationHouse Leathers and Gear will not be responsible for any items seized or confiscated.

Review legal notice below and our waver of liability and provide date of birth as confirmation when ordering knives, swords or similar items. Submittal of an order for knives, swords or similar items is to acknowledge acceptance of the waver of liability.

An adult signature may be required upon delivery.

StationHouse Leathers and Gear does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered for sale on the website according to federal, state or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to, machetes, knives, swords, stun guns, and certain non-lethal and chemical spray devices.

A buyer purchasing any knife, sword or similar item from StationHouse Leathers and Gear whether by phone, mail, electronic mail (email) or in person, grants that he/she is in compliance with local and state laws and legally able to purchase these items. These items cannot be sold to minors (persons under 18 years of age), convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic abuse or those chemically dependent.

In addition the buyer grants that he or she is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state or local law.

Certain items may only be sold to authorized members of law enforcement and U.S. military organizations.

Specific Restrictions may apply to specific knife products that are shipped to Chicago Metro, NYC or DE. These restrictions will be noted on product pages.

Release, assumption of risk, and waver of liability and indemnity agreement.

StationHouse Leathers and Gear makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife, sword or similar for use on any particular purpose. The buyer, by making a purchase, is indicating acceptance of this legal notice and agrees that StationHouse Leathers and Gear shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the knife, sword or similar item.
