18 U.S.C. 2257 and  28 C.F.R. 75 Exemption Statement

The visual depictions in this video are exempt from the record keeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), or are merely simulations of said conduct.  In addition some or all of the visual depictions may have been videotapes prior to June 1995.
All actors appearing in this video were at least 21 years of age at time of videotaping.
