videos for Chip Weichelt (under the TopCops label): Top Cops 1, and
Rage Parts 1 and 2. Sarge was also the star of another Chip Weichelt
video To Serve and Protect.

Sarge is a NYC cop on a mission, but he needs help to
carry it out. He decides Rigger is his man and finds the means to
persuade him and then the action starts. They use innovative
interrogation techniques to track down the arms dealers.
